ATTENDANCE DASHBOARD
Daily: enter up to 7 dates and guest counts in chronological order.
Count each person once per day. Returning guests count on each day they attend.
For longer events, extend the daily input, summary formulas and chart ranges.
Unique guests links to Attendees on Your Event; count each person once overall.
Hourly: enter the date, then first arrivals for each hour on that date.
Changing the date labels the input; it does not fetch or filter another day.
Daily and hourly totals are separate views; do not add them together.
Peak ties show the earliest period. Enter 0 for measured hours with no arrivals.
Copy charts into your slides when preparing the recap.

METRIC DEFINITIONS
Use unique people for attendance, contacts, photo recipients and downloaders.
Use one reporting period. Blank means not measured; zero means none.
Contact capture rate = opted-in contacts / attendees.
Photo download rate = photo downloaders / photo recipients.
Survey response rate = survey respondents / attendees.
Positive feedback rate = positive responses / survey respondents.
Lead qualification rate = qualified leads / opted-in contacts.
Lead-to-customer rate = acquired customers / qualified leads.
Revenue-based ROI = (attributable revenue - total event cost) / event cost.
Cost per qualified lead = total event cost / qualified leads.
Net return = attributable revenue - total event cost.
Keep open pipeline separate from closed revenue. Count each revenue source once.

BEFORE YOUR NEXT EVENT

Define a qualified lead with your sales team.
Choose the source for each metric and an owner for follow-up.
Record event costs and refresh closed revenue at the end of the period.
