HENDRICK'S ANOTHERLAND

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participation in the Experience is entirely voluntary and I have been given adequate opportunity to review this Agreement and ask questions and that I fully understand that by signing this Agreement, I am freely giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue the Released Parties listed below.

I confirm that I understand that the Experience is an interactive, immersive theatrical production that may involve:

• Dimly lit or dark environments
• Uneven flooring, stairs, ramps, and confined passageways
• Sudden lighting changes, strobe or flashing lights
• Loud or unexpected sounds
• Fog, haze, scents, or atmospheric effects
• Close proximity to performers and other guests
• The need to walk, stand, or move through multiple rooms or levels
• Serving of alcohol, other drinks and food.

I confirm that I understand that participating in the Experience may pose risks to property and my physical and emotional health including, but not limited to:

• Trips, slips, or falls
• Disorientation or dizziness
• Anxiety, claustrophobia, or sensory overstimulation
• Physical injury or aggravation of pre-existing conditions

I voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with my participation in the Experience.

2. HEALTH & SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I certify that:

• I am in good physical and mental condition and that there is no reason that I am unable to participate in the Experience
• I do not have any medical conditions that would be worsened by the Experience (including but not limited to epilepsy, severe anxiety, heart conditions, or mobility limitations)
• I will not participate under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol
• I am 21 years of age or older
• I have disclosed any allergies that I have and will do so when offered any drinks or food during the Experience and that I will not consume anything that may cause a reaction

I understand that the Experience may not be suitable for individuals who are:

• Sensitive to flashing lights or theatrical effects
• Pregnant
• Prone to panic attacks or claustrophobia

I agree to notify staff immediately if I feel unwell or unsafe at any point.

3. COMPLIANCE WITH INSTRUCTIONS

I agree to:

• Follow all instructions given by staff and performers ("Characters")
• Only access areas I am directed to enter
• Not run, push, climb, or engage in unsafe behavior
• Respect all physical boundaries, props, and set pieces
• Respect others attending the performance

I understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the Experience.

4. INTERACTION WITH PERFORMERS

I understand that:

• Performers may interact with me as part of the Experience
• I am not required to participate in any interaction that makes me uncomfortable
• I must not touch, grab, or interfere with performers at any time

5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Gradient and the William Grant & Sons Group, its affiliates, partners, employees, contractors, venue owners, and production teams (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of my participation in the Experience whether or not they are caused by me, another participant or by an act or omission of the Released Parties including but not limited to any liability, claims, demands or causes related to:

• Personal injury, illness, or death
• Property loss or damage
• Any incident occurring before, during, or after participation in the Experience

I understand that this is a complete release of liability and bars any future lawsuit of claim against the Release Parties for incidents covered by this Agreement.

6. INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gradient, WG&S, and all Released Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, lawsuits, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees and litigation costs) arising from or related to: (1) my participation in the immersive theatre experience; (2) my breach of this Agreement or violation of any law, rule, or regulation; (3) my negligent, reckless, or intentional acts or omissions; (4) Any injury, damage, or loss caused by me to third parties, including other event attendees, performers, or venue staff; (5) Any claim brought by my family members, guests, or other persons claiming. This indemnification obligation includes the duty to reimburse the Released Parties for any expenses incurred in defending against such claims, even if the claims are ultimately determined to be groundless, false, or fraudulent. I acknowledge that this indemnification obligation survives after the Experience is complete.

7. PERSONAL PROPERTY

I understand that:

• I am responsible for my personal belongings at all times
• The Experience may involve movement through tight or dark spaces where items could be lost or damaged

The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

8. EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

I acknowledge that:

• Emergency exits are available and marked
• I should immediately follow staff instructions in the event of an emergency
• I may exit the Experience at any time if I feel unsafe

9. AGE REQUIREMENT

I confirm that I am at least 21 years of age. Valid ID may be required for entry and alcohol consumption.

10. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION

I acknowledge that my participation in the Experience is voluntary, and I am free to decline or withdraw at any time.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

12. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & SIGNATURE

I have read this Agreement in full, understand its terms, and voluntarily agree to be bound by it. I understand that I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue.
