At the Genesis Invitational, Genesis wanted the hospitality experience to feel premium while also creating a natural way to understand their guests beyond a standard sign up form. Impulse delivered separate journeys for VIP and General guests, instant photo delivery through Genesis Photo Drive, and interactive touchpoints throughout the event.
