Best Event Photo Sharing Apps for Brand Events (2026)
The best event photo sharing apps for brand events, compared: Impulse, GuestPix, Kululu, GuestCam, Kamero, Fotify and EventPics.

The best event photo sharing apps differ most on who takes the photos and what you need afterward. For a party where guests shoot on their phones, a QR code album like GuestPix, Kululu or GuestCam collects everything in one gallery for under $100. For a brand event with a photographer, you want an app that sends each guest their own photos in seconds and gives you opted-in contacts. That's what Impulse is built for.
Most lists of the best event photo sharing apps are written for weddings. This one is written for event marketers, brand activation teams and agencies. We compared 7 tools on how guests get their photos, whether they match photos to guests, what data you keep, and what they cost.
Full disclosure: Impulse is our product. We've kept the facts about every other tool to what their own websites said when we checked them in November 2026, and we've included an honest section on when a simple QR album is all you need.

The 7 Best Event Photo Sharing Apps
1. Impulse: Best for Brand Events That Need Photos and Leads
Impulse sends every guest their own event photos by SMS or WhatsApp, in seconds, with no app required. Guests don't upload anything and don't scroll a shared album. They sign up once, and their photos come to them.
How it works:
Guests sign up by opening the camera on their phone and pointing it at a QR code, or a brand ambassador signs them up. They enter a phone number and take a selfie.
Photographers shoot the event, and photos upload from the camera as they're taken. Photo booth shots and guest uploads can go to guests too.
Image recognition matches each photo to the guests in it. A group photo goes to every matched guest.
Guests get their photos by text in seconds, then a link to a private, branded gallery.
Instant delivery is the default. For VIP or high-profile events, you can turn on optional photo approval so your team reviews each shot before it goes out.
What brand teams get:
Opted-in contacts. Every signup becomes a first-party contact with consent recorded.
CRM sync. Impulse syncs guests to HubSpot, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365, and has a direct API sync with Braze. You can also export a CSV. See how to send event leads to HubSpot or send event leads to Braze.
Check-in and texting on the same guest list. See event check-in.
Results from real events: at the Genesis Invitational, Genesis sent 44,000+ messages and guests shared 28,000+ pictures. At Rare Beauty's Los Angeles fragrance launch, the brand reached 450M+ potential viewers with $36M in media value.
Where it's not the best fit: a birthday party or a wedding where you just want guests' phone photos in one album. Impulse is built around a photographer and a brand that wants data, and it has no public price list.
Pricing: not published. Book a demo for a quote.
2. GuestPix: Best QR Code Album With Basic Lead Capture
GuestPix calls itself "the original QR code photo sharing platform for events". Guests use the event QR code or a private link to upload photos, videos and guestbook messages to one gallery, with no app and no guest registration. You can download everything as a full-resolution ZIP.
GuestPix has a business line aimed at corporate event teams, hotels and venues. Its Silver plan and up add white labeling and a marketing opt-in at upload, and it can collect names and emails into a CSV file. We didn't see CRM integrations or photo matching on its site.
Highlights: live slideshow, written and video guestbook, upload moderation, digital invitations and RSVPs.
Pricing: one-time payments per event. Business plans are Bronze $49, Silver $97 and Platinum $197 (3 galleries). Multi-event plans are $29/month and $49/month with a 3-month minimum. A free plan, listed on its wedding pricing page, covers 50 photos with a 30-day upload window. Fair use caps galleries at 1,000 guests.
Best for: small business events and parties that mainly need to collect guest photos, plus a basic email list.
3. Kululu: Best for a Live Photo Wall
Kululu is a QR code photo sharing app built around a shared album and a live photo wall. Guests join by link or QR code with no app download or registration, and you can download everything as a ZIP.
Kululu offers AI moderation of inappropriate content, optional pre-approval, and a human moderation service on request. Its business plans add watermarks, a multi-event dashboard and, on the top Scale plan, welcome forms and lead generation. Full white labeling and custom domains are on a custom plan.
Pricing: there's a free plan. Prices for the Free, Plus and Pro event plans load inside a widget on its pricing page, so check them there. Business subscriptions are Starter $99/month (3 active events), Growth $149/month (5) and Scale $249/month (10), before taxes.
Best for: company parties and conferences that want a big-screen photo wall fed by guests.
4. GuestCam: Best for Collecting Photos and Audio Messages
GuestCam collects guest photos, videos and voicemails in one private gallery. Guests join by QR code or link with no app and no signup. An audio guestbook comes with every plan.
Its MagicFind add-on lets guests take a selfie to find every photo they're in, including the photographer's shots, which your team uploads to the same gallery. Custom logo and colors in the guest portal are on request. We didn't see lead capture or CRM features.
Pricing: pay once per event. Standard is $49 and Premium is $97. MagicFind is a $45 add-on per event. There's a live demo but no free plan on its pricing page.
Best for: social events where the guestbook matters as much as the photos.
5. Kamero: Best for Photographers Sharing Pro Photos
Kamero is the closest of these tools to Impulse in how it works. A photographer or host uploads photos, with live camera-to-cloud uploads available, and guests find their photos with a selfie. Guests can add their own photos too, and open the gallery on the web or in Kamero's apps.
Kamero lists guest registration and lead capture, full white labeling, branded apps and a paid custom domain add-on. It can also sell photos. Delivery happens through Kamero's gallery and apps, and we didn't see delivery by text or CRM integrations on its site.
Pricing: your first event is free. You choose pay per event or a subscription, and Kamero shows prices when you create an event or talk to its team.
Best for: event photographers and organizers who want a branded gallery where guests find themselves.
6. Fotify: Best for Invitations, RSVPs and Photos in One Place
Fotify combines event photo sharing with digital invitations and RSVPs. Guests upload by QR code or link with no app or account. It also offers an audio guestbook, AI moderation, a live slideshow and event games.
Its selfie search lets guests see only the photos they're in. It's a $9.99 add-on, included in the Professional plan, which also adds a custom domain.
Pricing: a free event plan covers 50 photos for 7 days. Paid plans are $29.99, $49.99 and $79.99 per event. Monthly plans for frequent hosts start at $99/month.
Best for: organizers who want invitations and photo sharing in one inexpensive tool.
7. EventPics: Best Free Option for Collecting Photos
EventPics collects guest photos with a QR code, for free. Guests join without signing up, in the browser or the app, and photos upload in original quality to one shared album. You can turn on upload approval, show a live slideshow, and back up to Google Drive.
EventPics also has a REST API and a folder uploader for photo booths and photographers. We didn't see branding beyond a branded QR code, or any lead capture.
Pricing: free forever with 2 GB (about 500 photos), but free events end after about 6 weeks. Premium runs from €4.99 to €29.99 per month depending on storage, with VAT included.
Best for: teams on a tight budget that just need guest photos in one place.
What About RSVPify?
RSVPify often shows up next to these tools in search results, but it solves a different problem. Its site covers RSVPs, event registration, ticketing and check-in, and we didn't find a photo sharing product. If you're comparing check-in tools, see how event check-in with Impulse connects the door to photo delivery on one guest list.
QR Code Albums vs Personal Photo Delivery
Most tools on this list are QR code albums. Guests open the camera, point it at the code, and upload to a shared gallery. Impulse works the other way round: guests sign up once and receive their own photos.
| QR code album | Personal photo delivery | |
|---|---|---|
| Who takes the photos | Mostly guests | Mostly your photographer |
| What guests do | Upload, then browse everyone's photos | Sign up once, then receive their own photos |
| How guests find themselves | Scroll the album, or a selfie add-on in some tools | Image recognition, automatically |
| When guests get photos | Whenever they open the album | In seconds, by SMS or WhatsApp |
| What the brand keeps | A gallery, sometimes an email list | Opted-in contacts, synced to your CRM |
| Typical price | Free to about $250 | Quote-based |
Neither model is better everywhere. The question is whether your event is about collecting memories or about reaching guests.
When a QR Album Is Enough
You don't need Impulse for every event. A QR code album is the right choice when:
Guests are the photographers. At a team offsite, a holiday party or a reunion, the best photos are on guests' phones.
You don't need the data. If nobody will follow up with guests, lead capture adds nothing.
The group is small and knows each other. People happily scroll an album of friends' photos.
The budget is under $100. GuestPix, GuestCam, Fotify and EventPics all have options at or under that price, and several are free for small events.
You want a guestbook or a photo wall. GuestCam's audio guestbook and Kululu's live photo wall do those jobs well.
Personal delivery earns its place when a photographer is on site, when guests don't know each other, and when the event has to show results in reach and contacts. That covers most brand activations, sponsor events and conferences.

How to Choose the Right Event Photo Sharing Platform
Ask these 5 questions:
Will a photographer shoot the event? If yes, look at Impulse or Kamero. If not, a QR album fits.
Do guests need to find themselves fast? Choose a tool with matching. Impulse uses AI photo matching by default. Kamero builds it in. GuestCam and Fotify sell it as an add-on.
How will guests get the photos? A link they have to open later, or a text in seconds? See how to send event photos by text.
What happens to the data? If the contacts need to reach HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics 365 or Braze, check for a direct sync as well as a CSV export.
How many QR codes will guests see? One code with a clear reward works. Five codes with forms cause QR code fatigue.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the best event photo sharing app with a QR code?

Is there a free event photo sharing app with a QR code?
Yes. EventPics is free with 2 GB of storage, Fotify has a free plan for 50 photos, GuestPix has a free plan for 50 photos, and Kululu has a free plan for small events. Free plans have limits on photos, storage or time.
Which event photo sharing apps match photos to guests?

Not with most tools. Impulse, GuestPix, Kululu, GuestCam and Fotify all work in the phone browser. Kamero and EventPics offer apps but also work on the web.
Can an event photo sharing app capture leads?
Some can. GuestPix collects names and emails into a CSV, and Kululu and Kamero offer lead capture forms. Impulse records consent at signup and syncs contacts to HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Braze.
